Ordering & Pickup
How do I place an online order? Online ordering is available exclusively at our 30th Avenue location through our website. Simply browse our menu, add items to your cart, and select your preferred pickup time. We recommend ordering at least 2 hours in advance, though next-day orders are most common.
Can I order from the Main Street location online? Not at this time. Our Main Street location accepts orders by phone at 620-259-2488, email at HutchinsonDaylightDonuts@gmail.com, or in person during business hours.
How far in advance should I order? For best availability, we recommend ordering at least 2 hours ahead. About 80% of our online orders are placed for next-day pickup. Our online ordering cutoff is 7:00 AM on the day you want to pick up.
What if I need a large order for a business meeting or event? We love serving local businesses! For orders of 3+ dozen or special requests, please call us directly or email HutchinsonDaylightDonuts@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes! Contact us as soon as possible at 620-500-5550 (30th Ave) or via email. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, though orders already in production may have limited modification options.

Main Street (305 North Main Street): Tuesday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Closed Sunday & Monday)
Do you ever sell out early? Yes! We make everything fresh daily, and we often sell out before closing time—sometimes as early as 10:00 or 11:00 AM, especially on busy days. We recommend visiting earlier in the morning for the best selection.

Products & Menu
Are your donuts made fresh daily? Absolutely! Every donut is made fresh from scratch each day starting at midnight. We never use frozen dough—only the finest ingredients. Our donuts are best enjoyed the day they're made.
What types of donuts do you offer? We offer a wide variety including glazed donuts, Long Johns, Pinecones, cake donuts, specialty donuts, and seasonal creations. We also feature holiday-themed and sports-themed donuts throughout the year.
Do you offer anything besides donuts? Yes! Our menu includes:

Do you have seasonal or specialty donuts? Yes! We create special donuts for holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, etc.) and major sporting events (football season, March Madness, etc.). Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see what's fresh each week!
What coffee do you serve? We proudly serve Community Coffee, known for its rich flavor and quality.
Pricing & Payment
How much do donuts cost? Our pricing varies by type:

Regular donuts: $1.49 each

Specialty donuts: $2.25 each

All prices are rounded to the nearest nickel after tax for your convenience (penny-free pricing).
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? Our dozen pricing already includes a built-in savings of approximately 16% compared to buying individually. This is our way of rewarding customers who buy more!
What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Approximately 74-75% of our customers pay by card, 23% use cash, and 2-3% use other methods.
Do you sell gift cards? Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in-store. They make great gifts for the donut lovers in your life.
Loyalty Program
Do you have a loyalty program? Yes! Our Square Loyalty Program rewards you for every purchase:

How do I earn points? Simply provide your phone number or loyalty account at checkout, and you'll automatically earn points with each purchase.
Quality & Ingredients
What makes your donuts special? We make everything fresh from scratch daily using high-quality ingredients—never frozen dough. Our donuts are fried throughout the morning to ensure maximum freshness. We've been serving Hutchinson since June 2019 with a commitment to quality and community.
How long do your donuts stay fresh? Our donuts are best enjoyed the day they're made. We recommend consuming them within 24 hours for optimal taste and texture.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies? Our donuts contain common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy. Due to our production process, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Please contact us directly if you have specific dietary concerns.

Do you support local organizations? Yes! We're proud to support our community through partnerships with organizations like Grace Bible Church and the TECH art gallery at our 30th Avenue location. We love to help area schools and Boys and Girls club. We believe in giving back to Hutchinson and Reno County. We try to help as much as we can. If you have a partnership in mind, we recommend providing us a "one-sheet proposal" showing what you are requesting and what value is offered to Daylight in return for the value traded.
